Positive Behaviour Support
Positive behaviour support is a proven way of understanding and changing behaviour by creating Behaviour Support and Management/Support Plans and startages.
A behaviour support plan is a document prepared in consultation with the child, their family, carers, School, Childcare and other support people that addresses theneeds of the person identified as having complex behaviours of concern. The behaviour support plan contains evidence-informed strategies and seeks to improve the person’s quality of life.
